DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY TRANSLATIONS

Attention Astronomers, Sand College Members, and unaffiliated Archaeologists and Explorers!

Sergeant Radislav Ludovich recently made an announcement and bellows placing a bounty for information about the "Third Head" of a "wicked Avatar". Missing from the Sergeant's announcement and bellows, however, is an IMPORTANT warning:

If in your search you come across any large draconic/reptilian skull with runes written/etched upon it--

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRANSLATE THE RUNES.

Examination of a previous head has revealed that the sibilants may employ ARCANIC RUNE TRAPS. Should anyone succeeded in translating ANY of the runes, even just ONE, they may find themselves in a TIME DILATION that blocks the translator's sense of sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and time: effectively forcing them to read ALL of the runes outloud, without realization or agency, and completing any latent ritual present in the skull.

If you find any such draconic runic skull, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRANSLATE. Instead:

---Obscure it to prevent accidental tampering by passerbys
---And report it to the Legates, Astronomers, and Fourth Legion
