A letter to the Sisterhood of the Sibylline Vine (DM)

Acolytes, Sisters, Seers and Abbess of the Sisterhood of the Sibylline Vine,

 Do not think I have forgotten about your proposal. Indeed, it is perpetually upon my mind, but as I have spoken to Acolyte Hypatia, I would wish to learn more about the Ritual itself. Some of the words I heard made me realise I must know enough to put my concerns for the Well at ease.

 It is true, there is a price that must often be paid when making any decision, but I do not wish for the Well or its people to suffer more than it has to, only to remove the Beast from the Well.

 There is still much left unknown regarding the Beast itself, and while I have faith that the ritual will work, I'd rather also have that scholarly certainty that it will.
