The Self confessed "Man who stole a voice", the Pickpocket Lawari Bysjare, is currently still entirely free to roam about the well openly bragging of his thefts.

Considering Ferric has multiple of his calling cards, his multiple public confessions on the Bellows, and his current state of making a mockery of the League of Purple, I have to question when you will begin doing your jobs to apprehend him, or at least put out a warrant for his capture.
