In Greek Mythology, A Hero wasn't one who did -good- things, was perfect, and always morale. No, a hero was an individual who did what he wanted in pursuit of his goals, led an adventuresome life, defeated monsters with strength and or wit. Achilles when he claims the Princess of Troy, Odysseus when he says his name was Nobody to trick the Cyclops. Always, at some point- the hero made a gamble, and lived by luck.

These individuals had presence, men to lead, and always got the girl in some point in the narrative.

I want people to play heroes. Individuals who adventure, charge forth into the fray, for some noble, ignoble, or mysterious cause. I am pushing a unique spin on Tyche, as the Patron of Heroes- those souls who live by their wits and their luck. Souls who conspire with destiny to become great, or would seek to change their fate to avoid ignominy and anonymity.

So far, I am having a blast pushing fickle adventure and crazy antics. If people want to join in, just putting this out there!
