Honoured Legate Seanus,

As previously discussed, the proposal below requires your approval and be stamped so our scribes can see to its enactment. 

Proposal for relief & army supply.

Food, water and siege equipment will be required to supply our troops in the upcoming army. And to maximize the living convoy arrivals the war caravan will be leaving a barrel of water with a flag every mile the convoy travels between Nusrum and the lizard-folk legion. With the intention to inform and guide the incoming convoy, so they may make their way to Ephia with less casualties. The flags may help indicate buried water caches due to sandstorm activity.

Every mile a barrel of water will be left with a flag for the convoy to find. Every 10 miles a box of grain will additionally be left alongside the water. We will be prepare for a maximum of 40 miles.

Required assets for the Scribes to prepare:

The required caravans to move;
60 barrels of water (40 for relief, 20 for own army)
40 flags
4 boxes of grain (for relief, army requirements pending on army composition)
siege equipment
