Add in some npc that will spin aspects for 250gp or something. There are a lot of them now and another gold sink never hurt anyone.

Or maybe something that eats another item and places that eaten items aspect on an existing item? Likely for a heftier price.

Sage of the Aspects. Yes, this would be an ideal service. It's so infuriating/expensive to make an outfit/armor that -doesn't- have the aspect you wanted.

Same with no-aspect items you buy from merchants.
