Dear Lyn,
I hope this letter finds you at a moment when things are less heavy on your mind - we should talk when you are ready, but what I write to you is of much heavier and more serious matter than usual.

As you know, with the recent upsurge of foul spirit activity and even cultists, if we are to believe the cause of death of Nadiri Alexander and the tragic events of the Great Storm, the Well is under weight and perhaps even attack by these forces and we cannot allow ourselves to stand by any longer - my sisters have already fallen victim to such things twice and the time to act is now.

So I have come with the idea of creating an organisation, a new order to suit the new age of the Well - one that will combat the evil spirits, cults and Pra'raj influence among the Sands. This can only bring great honour and glory to the Well, and safety to its children and those yet to be born. Our world is damaged and slowly dying - and their work only deepens those wounds, accelerating them where time is of the essence. We must be ready for the coming of Pligrim, and we must face this danger together. I will not be able to create such a thing alone - no one in the Well would be able to. But together we can face the danger and create something that will create a new legacy in the Well and allow those who come after us to join the cause and rise in the ranks. I have sent messages to our two Apothar allies, Sergeant Colmes, Archpriestess Mari, my own sisters and, though you may not like it, Legate Sol Auk. I know you don't love him, and he doesn't love you, but to do this we need to create something with a name, something that will echo through the Well and the Sands, and to do that we need his support and the weight of his word.

I hope you can understand why I want to make it among so many people - but such an organisation cannot be under the control of any one of us alone.
