When someone quits the quest, being unable to finish, the spawns remain for the next group to stumble on and die to. This happened to the group on

January 21, 2014, around 7:15pm EST, character: Acacia Vigne.

I was part of the quest, not sure it was a bug as the second boss was called the first boss's brother.
