Per Banda Rossa Contract, Sol Auk is instituting the request for Article 4 of the Terms of Contract, subsection 2:

As La Banda Rossa have been contracted to protect Sol Auk this matter will activate the Agents of Foreign Powers clause by which Sergeant Colmes would be considered during such discussion.

To whit the Sergeant's Contract for protection of Sol Auk during matters political, equally called into activation.

To put at soothing Sergeant Colmes, who also reads of this letter, Sol Auk wishes to express that this is a matter of utmost Candor.

In short it would be nothing to say Sol Auk has never asked more of either of you. And the rewards are not inconsequential.
