Apothar Estellise,

I know that you have endured many trials of late. When I face the same, which seems often, I turn to composition.

Living afield for so long often involved talking at length to myself, or to Oera, who was as poor a conversation partner for myself as I was. Writing seemed to bridge the gap between the world as I would have it and the world of liminal ash that was before me.

I hope it makes for pleasant reading.
