Come dawn small cards circulate far and wide around the Souk, Palm Heights, and The Krak de Rose. All distributed by a skittish looking Scribe.

The front depicts a beautiful woman with tell tale Ashfolk grey skin, adorned in modest but expensive looking headscarf and ornate jewelry on her head and hands. The background glimmering shimmers of golden sand.

However the unnatural colors of the blue upon the small boxes before her look reminiscent of the same tell-tale blue of local narcotics.

During the riddle contest by Zaniah at the Krak de Rose, An elven figure in a Torchbearer cloak, Kyana, is seen consuming massive quantities of Slice spice, another pouch seen purchased by a Balladeer's student from Sol Auk to make four pouches indulged in during the contest before a massive crowd.

In Palm Heights, Vocied Syl Halavan can be seen mingling with the wealthier side of the city's populace and her fellow Voiced. Though far more discreet, some manner of exchanges still continue in and around the Palm Heights...

Meanwhile the massive Stonefolk figure can be seen in the Souk - Peddling Perfume, Cigarettes, Cigar, and indeed - two odd blue powders recently made famous by Marriet the Champion in her lengthy fight at the games against Atreus.

Some begin to notice that even some of La Banda Rossa seem to have tell-tale signs. Stained hands, a slight twitch, a particular pep in the step, and more.

Hziran is said to be a time where Unions of Love are formed.

In Ephia's Well, a firm union of love seems to be growing between Vice and the Populace.

Throughout the day the skittish looking scribe, most strung out, can be seen tossing new cards around the Souk, Plaza Heights, and the Krak de Rose.

Sol Auk's words ring far - That the business of the Premium Perfume as well as the "Puffed Powders", the Narcotics Dirt and Slice, have been purchased by Voiced Syl Halavan. Scents by Syl now the name read upon all the cards. Where his water business took weeks, it seems another enterprising Voice has made appealing gesture to the now Senior Magistrate. A large donation in exchange for both his business and Room #4 in the Business of Particular Import.

Greetings. As duties of most Senior and Tenured Magistrate, of so many trials, continue to grow Sol Auk has been blessed by the charity and kind spirits of others Voiced within Ephia's Well. They who see the magnitude of the duties required, and lend aid.

As the Water Business before it, The Perfumery and Puffed Powders of Scents by Sol - The business has been purchased by an enterprising Voiced of such esteem. May you all take to enjoy Scents by Syl, the premiere Perfumery of Palm Heights by Syl Halavan.

So robust her efforts, so grand her wealth, she has charitably also donated to Sol Auk's duties as Magistrate as to relieve him of the burden of Office of Partricular Import. Those who seek may find her office there.

Her name now sits plain on the illustrious office placard within lovely Palm Heights as she rises in status as a property holding Voiced, mingling with the elite of the most wealthy district of the Well.

However so too do rumors drip that even those of Hasheema's Hope perk up as Voiced Syl Halavan visits with donations aplenty for those in need.

To some, a pleasant relief from the woes of the Refugee losing themselves in powder.

To others, a symbol of a future that awaits among Ephia's Well.

... For she clearly has moved up in the world for her business in Narcotics.

...Perhaps they can too.

As word spreads of the Whitmore Library in the wake of her murder, of two more criminals fed to lions who were alleged to have much business in and around both the Well and the Creep, do rumors continue to flutter.

Of the Souk the footprint of narcotics seems to dry - but so have other merchants as the Gold League is either in mourning or a waning in market presence. Hammad and Egruit of the Radiant Manticore, Decadent loving Small Lucius, now Ophelia. all Merchants of prominence leaving a vacuum for any rapt up and comers. The name Ghorak on the lips of many but it seems after a gamble on lavish furniture he too sparse of late...

Of the Palm Heights, Syl Halavan's business shifts once more to the Torchbearers as new maps circulate - though a few of the maps could very well seem to have an odd blue residue along the edges.

With the opening of the Whitmore Library, speculation can easily be had if it a legitimate gesture or simply another avenue of "Books" to be "Exchanged" among the "Wealthy" and the "Maji" and the "Scholars"...

Of the Krak...

"Perfumes" are seen transported into the fortress of La Banda rossa, however with it comes an unexpected murmuring.

Whisper and murmurs, speculation of a worry that too much involvement... in certain trades, may draw undo gaze from the Fourth Legion.

Is the Sultan's grasp truly so far? As surely the hired band of killers would balk at such a challenge.

Would one spreading such rumors have their legs shattered or worse?  More than likely.

But regardless of fact it seems the Narcotics business slows across the Well...
