Make it so that people with spell focuses in divination receive nightmares that are different than the basic ones.  Perhaps more prophetic ones and such?

The context of this could be somewhat interesting, but it might actually go against the narrative of the nightmares themselves. I do believe the shared commonality of them is important beyond all measure. Whether that is true or not by the DMs standards remains to be seen, but it is one of the strongest aspects of those nightmares.

So... I'd honestly suggest this doesn't happen. There are other ways to make divination have cool narrative functions without it. If of course... divination should actually do that at all.

Historically in the realms Divination had a lot to do with the stars, the seasons, pulling patterns from the seeming randomness in the world and assigning it meaning. As in, the seers, prophecy, predictions.

Divination magic contrarily are specific spells, repeatable, which reveal something predefined about the world around them. I don't believe standard divination spells would be ready to handle what is happening to the realms and the the weave itself. These nightmares are something older then the spells being cast. Certainly older then the traditions in human societies that would backup the training the spell focus feats represents.

A standardized way of gifting certain characters with the ability to pull more from what can only be described as a Horribly painful experience each night... seems... clumsy. Very few people would know how to experience these more readily then others, it should be something earned not given. If one wanted to pursue a concept that was born from this apocalypse that aimed for this... I think it should be well thought out, apped, and have a good grasp on what's going on already.

Ebok Dm?

On a more serious note I'd say no. These kind of juicy rewards should b given out by dms and while I'd usually stress how weak the divination school is dms clearly want it to be a far more respective and conceptual school, and it is honestly a far more interesting school to roleplay than the douchebag illusionists who spend their lives studying to act as criminals for petty cash.

Interesting characters with GSF: Divination who is also specialized can certainly expect attention. Especially if they want to do rituals.

Such things will not likely be scripted however, as they are low on the list of priorities.
