Curse Song FIx

According to my compatriots in the player sphere, Curse Song still applies as -2 Magical Damage and only reduces damage if the target deals magical damage. It SEEMS like it should not be a big change to make Curse Song instead apply the minus to damage as PHYSICAL of the equal amount at each level.
