Move Gossip/Rumors thread to open forum / postable by players

If there is little capacity on the DM side at the moment, perhaps players can contribute with rumors too?

Dislike player rumors. That'll flood up quick.

DM rumors are fun, the problem is sometimes it's just a lot of stuff going on so it gets overlooked.

It's kind of ironic, really.

DMs are too busy doing cool stuff to update the rumors thread.

Players don't see the rumors thread getting updated and think things are slow.

This, atleast, is not a rumor thread. So lets stop making it one.

Rumors are updated if a DM feels it necessary for an event to have public eye in terms of having some chatter / information going on. Not all things have that.

Remembering to put some things up there is also a factor, but far lesser in many regards. It's often a matter of personal view if some event should be there, up to the DM involved.
