Double selecting minor Rogue perk

Hello friends,

On level 4 I picked "Thief".
On level 6 I also picked "Thief".

On level 6 I became a "Trapsmith" despite selecting "Thief".

I didn't do this on purpose, I simply forgot my level 4 choice.
Perhaps Thief should not be selectable on 6 when it was already taken on 4.
I thought in the previous chapter, that a perk taken on 4 wasn't selectable on 6. Hence the bug report.
