When I was inside the door shut and locked.. at first I assumeed it might be a DM thing but due to no replies or events happening I'm assuming its a bug. Sorry if it is not, but I'm like.. trapped in here

Yeah this still happens.  Would be fine if there was a door like this on the outer sewer doors, because you could still leave by *spoiler*.  But once you are above and the door closes you are stuck.
