Arrow Homogenizer/Arrow table clean up

There are several types of identically named arrows that have the same arrow model image and damage type that don't stack. Flame arrows have upwards of 3-4 different items that don't stack, Ice Arrows, Arrows of the Vampire and Bone Tipped arrows are similarly unstackable in some cases.

Please allow for a  homogenizer like the potion one OR perhaps clean up the arrow loot table a bit.
