Ticker Basement Stronghold - Secondary Lockable Door

The basement has a main bar area that would be great to be left open to the public. It has an interior door that leads to the beds / office that can't be locked, though, which prevents that from being viable. I'd like to suggest making that second door lockable to offer a chance to split it into 'private' and 'public' sections. It'd be cool to let people in Ticker do some gambling if they'd like.  :D
