Uniforms and Altar system

Good suggestion based on current gameplay involving peple stealing uniform pieces: Ticker / Peer uniforms should be collectible, and something like a lair altar should be in place in Peerage and Ticker Town where the other side's uniforms get turned in and put on display, attackable by the other side to get their uniforms back. Turning in uniforms would result in gold, faction, or perhaps favour points that could be exchanged for simple goods.

There really shouldn't be an incentive to steal uniforms beyond embarassing/disgracing the faction or selling on the black market/going in disguised.  Or doing it if you want to particularly shame a PC. I"m opposed to a system of trading faction uniforms for favor.

If you steal a uniform you should be burdened by its weight until you give it back, give it away or are subdued for it. In this rare instance I agree with DRD that it should only be done as an attempt to embarrass a faction and only in rare instances.

Stealing armor in general isn't something to be done lightly, faction or no. Taking a potions and gold is one thing, but imagine if people started stealing armors after every encounter. I don't imagine it would seem particularly fair to a players if I started stripping anyone I meet with a full plate of their 3400 gold armaments after every encounter.

This shouldn't be anything but what it is, a decent meme or a kill trophy and I generally dislike uniform theft even when it's hilarious because in previous chapters a lot of that stuff couldn't be replaced.  Uniform theft should honestly be met with fd lol

Making this a favor system without an easy means of replacement would be terrible - and might obly serve to create a toxic faction system that jyst stops being fun because the only people who can keep their stuff are power built crush machines with no room for that 12 cha we all take who just stomp on all the lesser builds that role play.

I really don't want to see the era of nothing but greatsword duelist, wizards, and protection clerics

Taking the spirit of the suggestion into consideration, we could mock up something from the ranger's FE style, and allow for 'house trophies' to be taken that would negatively impact someone's standing within their own house if lost, and increase another houses' standing within the peerage if turned in?

A reward for PVPing the -strong- and notable members of a house, whereas a weaker member wouldn't be rewarding at all (To avoid griefing and cherrypicking?)
