Lizardmen QA bug

Okay, these are really hard to write without spoilers, but lets have a go.

In the ring that is the first hard one, where there are many quests, there is one QA involving lizardmen.

There is one room, where mobs slowly accumulate as you fight.

When we did it yesterday, that room was absolutely chock full of mobs, before we opened the door. Possibly from the previous party's run through?

I can confirm this is indeed an issue and happened as recently as Sunday night.

The totems that are supposed to shoot acid are also not working in this quest.

I actually didn't even notice those totems. But I would like to mention that this bug is very much related to the exploitable report I posted about the QA as well.
