Silver Palm and the shipment merchants

Hi! So I don't know if this is already implemented but it would be cool if Silver Palm allowed you to either lower the DC of shipments, or the price of them considering characters who take that skill already can usually make the DC for appraise checks at least reasonably. This would allow PCs aspiring to be merchants and taking Silver Palm to be much more likely to actually use this system to their financial benefit by selling supplies from these caravans and a cheaper, cost or at least lower DC than PCs who do not have Silver Palm.

To clarify: If the price is lowered than what other PCs normally get it should only be done AFTER a successful appraise roll.
