The "Trouble in the Mineshaft" quest was bugged for us today:

1) When quest taker took quest he got the "quest tool" but nobody else around him was added to the quest.

2) When people were added individually, using the tool, we got a prompt that we were added (journal info), however we did not get the usual "Party Group" update in our combat feeds.

3) Then it turned out that the Quest Tool holder himself could not enter the quest area because, apparently, he was not part of the quest.

The placable that lets us start the quests did not have the option to add more people to the group.
