Fissure Explorable - Missing Reward

When doing the Fissure Explorable that has a Red Shroom in it the things that usually give loot were empty.

Enemies spawned normally, and the shroom was still present, casting its spells, so we doubt anybody could had snuck in, taken the loot, and then left.
