Buggy Catapults

Catapults seem to be able to unleash several shots at once by some kind of bug.

Should probably have them removed from quests for the sake of the people who get smashed by 4 simultaneous catapult shots.

I did not induce it so I can't really comment, I kind of just got blown up by it.
