Increase swimming speed for shark form

Right now, it seems as if movement speed is unchanged and my druid-changed-shark swims at the same lazy speed through the depths as she used to in her humanoid form. There's quite a marked difference whenever I observe how fast those Pyrimo Shark NPCs swim.
Lots of underwater-related bugs, too, but those are for another thread.
