Casting ranger spells and Ubtao

It says I've an invalid deity when I try cast ranger spells. Deity is Ubtao.

I think that god is 'dead' so you wont get spells.  If you put a dead god in the field you will get spell failure.

Rangers shouldn't need deities IIRC, much like druids.

They don't.  You could put that you worship the mud.  The thing is the script checks for dead gods.  If you do put a 'dead' god in the field you will get spell failure.  This is true even for druids and rangers.
