A slight tweak to Red Star Defiant

Would it be possible to add lesser restoration to the /c fighter_perk heal? As it stands, the only way to remove any debuffs is rest, or using your 1/day on it. :(

While this can be a harsh problem for RSDs it's certainly not insurmountable. Not to mention some things are just not available to those who refuse magic.
