Sanctuary Fitted Armour Bug

A few days ago I tried to enhance my Sanctuary Fitted Armor with +2 perform for 400 gold, however in my rush to pick up the suit and head out to a venture I hadn't noticed the skill hadn't been applied to my armour while it was sitting in the Engraving Anvil.


I've come back today to try pay for another skill, but now the skill purchase option won't show up at all. Sitting with a no-skill-property suit of Armor that I can't apply a skill to.

I was able to purchase the +1 Fortitude enhancement for my armour. The armour still has no skills, and the dialogue option for the skills still won't appear, so, "bump-a-roo".

This might be a bug with putting perform on fullplates in general or it was just a one-off thing. If at some point any DM can add the +2 perform to my plate it would be appreciated so this can be resolved, thanks.
