The togglehood command resets head to default 1

So, I've noticed that the /c togglehood command resets your head back to the default one when switching between hood and back.

This doesn't seem to happen for my PC, Mah'al Ennomos. His headset is the same and I togglehood constantly.

This only happens if you leave the starter area with your hood toggled on.
Make sure your new character doesn't toggle on their hood until you have entered the game world.
