Give the Myconid Trader Full Restore

The Myconid Trader in Mycopolis offers "Restoration of the Bloom", but it doesn't do a full restore.  If this is not a bug, I suggest that it offer this in the future.  Level Drain is a bitch for some of us lonely folks in the caverns.

If 40 gp is too cheap, then I suggest another more expensive option in the dialog.
