A second QoL for Mad Berserker

Since cleave doesn't work while blinded from rage, and you can't take both imp crit and imp twf, get rid of cleave, move ambidexterity to level 1, defy death to level 5, and add improved two-weapon fighting to 8.

Another idea I had was that since its pointless to have over 10 cha (you hit max str cap of +12 with bull's), instead get rid of all scaling and have: At 16 cha or higher, the rage no longer blinds.
