Hey,

The +1 AB/AC bonus does not kick in this area of the Lowerdark.

Also - it does not kick in at the "Seer's Quest" - Sandy Crypt it's called, I believe.

Should be working in Sand Crypt after next reset. Should have been working in Plain of the Dread before, maybe now?
