If your paladin character becomes fallen, and loses all his divine abilities, is he able to start progressing as a cleric and use the cleric spellbook & divine might/shield/turning abilities fine or does fallen paladin status deny all divine features & prevent that?

For those odd cases where a paladin makes a minor infraction against his oath, can't have it absolved due to location / lack of priests, but it hasn't significantly violated the tenets or beliefs of the deity they follow to be disowned by their deity.

Almost identical situation:
If a paladin/cleric multi fails to sufficiently uphold one of his paladinnic oaths and falls as a paladin, is he no longer a priest as well?
Obviously of the same deity, as I assume zDarkShadowz meant as well

I think it would depend on the situation and deity. For example Helm accepts lawful evil clerics and paladins. So in theory a paladin could do something batshit evil and Helm would still favor them in certain circumstances.

Mechanically speaking, and going from experience as MC'ing with a RG, a MC'd falladin can still make use of the divine powers mentioned. Paladin oaths and clerical commandments do not always overlap, and failing one does not mean failing the other. As DrD said, the lore/RP specifics vary on whether the deity would strip the falladin of every grace altogether.
