Sanctuary bot not showing sendings in IRC but only for some

Seems there is some weirdness going on with the bot that repeats IG sendings to IRC via the Sanctuary IRC bot. It is repeating sendings for some people but not for everyone. Can't figure out what or why this is so, but it at least seems that the same people are consistently not having their sendings printed to #efu.

I can confirm this. I had one out of two of my sendings broadcasted last night on IRC.

Thanks, I'll take a look. Is it consistently repeating sendings for certain PCs? And specific PC names?

Edit: Ah, I think I misunderstood.  I guess the question is, is it consistently not repeating sendings for certain PCs?

A better question:  If it's not relaying Pentaxius sendings, isn't that a feature rather than a bug?

I saw some errors in the logs and made a fix in hopes that they were what was causing this issue.  Tell me if you notice more sendings being dropped after now (2016-11-30 10:20AM CST, 1620 GMT).

Tried about six sendings, have not seen a single one go through since the problem was first noticed.
