Stuck in Fugue, and Stuck in BO area

Not sure why but on the two occasions of my newest character, Barag Sharga's, death he's been unable to respawn. Selecting the respawn option begins the loading sequence before placing him back in the Fugue minus the required experience facedown and immobilized at 1 hit point. Recently he was defeated by a few other players and hit with /c subdual bo and sent to the Black Out area, and when the timer ran out and he was meant to awaken the loading screen began before he ended up back in the Black Out area.

Typically I've gotten DM's to release my character in a pretty timely manner so it's not the most inconvenient thing in the world, but I thought someone should be made aware officially in case it's a widespread issue.
