Subraces with Bonus Int and Skill Points

Not sure how hard this would be to do in reality, but I had an idea how to fix a small problem. Subraces who receive bonus int from subraces do not get the bonus 4 skill points from their higher intelligence to fully invest in another skill, only the 1 extra point per level starting at level 2.

Could it possibly be fixed so when you hit level 2 or 3, you are simply granted another 4 skill points?

There are some safeguards in place that see those kind sudden and unexplained point increases as cheating. Hence few things have been more trickier to do. Now given that we do use hacks, it would be nice and all to make subraces into proper templates that give stats directly but it is of course a lot of work to do and quite a big of an overhaul to manufacture, test and run through, which not many are able to and others, such as myself, are not currently in position to do.

Alternatively if these extra four skillpoints (or two, or more, depending on the first level class of course) are integral to your build and you aren't playing something that requires maxxed int...

...easiest way would be to map out your intended attributes for the game itself, start character creation with an inflated INT and then have the DMs rebuild the attributes to match what you wanted + subrace bonuses.

Hm. Maybe a EFUSS called "Subrace - Skillname" which you could invest some EFUSS in to get the appropriate missing skill points. As an example you would add 4 points into Subrace - Lore (as an example) to get +4 lore to represent the missing skill points.

May not be worth the effort, but if someone wanted to do it that would be a way to fix it maybe?

Edit: Actually I suppose that could be exploited by cross-classing a skill and then taking the subrace EFUSS.
