Public Housing Vaults Trash Receptacle

Hello! As a man of the Vault, I've just noticed a lack of places to dump my trash. The nearest barrel I can think of is just outside of Starag's, which seems like an oversight. Just one barrel or trash-hole placeable in Simms' Square would be very helpful for me, my fellow Vaultsmen, and their trash-based needs. If there is a barrel in the Vaults (not one in the Beetle and Baby, I've checked), it's at the very least not there on a quick inspection.

I kind of like the idea of rubbish in the streets of the Housing Vault...

  If a trash barrel isn't available due to lack of holes leading to the Machine, could scavenge placeables like those in Lower be added to help the atmosphere of refuse?

 Allowing people to treat it like the dumping ground it is while simultaneously allowing people to rifle through what has been dumped?

Assuming there isn't any scavenge piles in there already, (haven't been there since the 'enforced' quarantine)
