Ladders

Make them retrievable from the top or the bottom. As it stands, you can only retrieve them from the bottom., which makes no sense.  A rope, makes sense, as it is tied to something at the top. But you can simply pull a ladder up. They already weigh 20 pounds, so unless there is a balance issue to having a ladder that functions as ladders normally would , perhaps it is an oversight when ladders were coded??

I don't see why not since anyone can just use a grappling hook for free climbing anyways.
