Auxiliary HQ basement door is always locked.

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I'll go ahead and assume it's a bug, as the nearby sign mentions that any Auxiliary may access the basement. Might need to be updated so our keys work on that door (the door further inside should remain locked to us for IC reasons, of course.)

Nice, however it can't be locked anymore once opened. Doesnt really matter though I guess.
