Slow with GSF: Trans

SLOW: All enemy creatures within the area of effect are slowed, having their movement lowered by 50% and lose a single attack per round. 1 round / level. Will negates.

• Speed Drain: If the caster has GSF transmutation and any of the targets fail the will save, the caster will gain haste for 1 round / 2 caster levels.

I have the feat GSF:Trans and I noticed casting it yesterday no hastening occurred when targets failed their will save. I tested it with another today and they failed their save and no hastening occurred.
