Ranger bonuses fail to clear when entering non natural areas.

If I log directly into a non-natural area I won't have my ranger bonuses, movespeed, hide ms, detection ect. If I go to a wilderness area and back to a city area like sanctuary, they fail to get removed somewhere along the way.

This has always been buggy and it seems to work randomly.
