I feel like these could use a very big buff to their duration. I recognize they are quite powerful, but grease for example is only 2 rounds +1 per 3 caster level. I feel like it could be 1 round per caster level and not be overpowered.

The following spells I think would be a lot better if they were changed:

Stinking Cloud:
Currently: 1 round/level
Proposed Change: 1 round/level, GS:Conjuration 2 round/level, GSF: Conjuration 3 rounds/level

It's a level 3 spell and a poison spell. It's just far too underwhelming to ever actually cast in its current form.

Grease:
Currently: 2 rounds + 1 per 3 caster levels
Proposed Change: 1 round per 2 caster levels, GS:Conj 1 round per caster level, GSF:Conj 2 rounds per caster level

Web:
Currently: 1 round/2 caster levels
Proposed Change: 1 round/level, GSF;Conj 2 rounds/level

I feel like casting these spells SHOULD feel a lot stronger than using a charge of it from an item. At the moment item charges with these effects are strictly better due to them being relatively similar in power and I think these changes could make the spells a lot more attractive choices.

They are considerably devastating when combined, these spells, due to reduced movement and reflexes as a certain Strange spellcaster once demonstrated. They are useable and fine as is I think. I've seen a number of people use the item variants of these irresponsibly as well, let the wizards keep the deathly durations.

The issue is with casting the spells.  A level 9 wizards casting of these will last about the same as an item give or take a round. The dc will be a bit higher... but I feel like a wizard/sorc casting these spells should be better than using an item.

It really does not matter that much considering the DC drops every round for any "cloud" spell on efu, these included in full. Increasing the duration will just result in a spam of low DC area of effects doing nothing.
