Make Distant Shores more accessible for low-persuade characters

Right now, Distant Shores sits in the core of Loblobliiblop. Which is nice, thematically, but practically makes getting to the quest with a quest group capable of taking it a major headache. About half of the group might get through on the first try, then maybe one more person on the next try, 10 minutes later. Then 2 more, 10 minutes later. Then that last person sits stuck at the gate forever, unable to get past, and the group has to give up on the quest.

I suggest one of the following:

1) The entry to Loblobliiblop is made like the Red Lantern, A group entry. So if one person pases, their whole group enters
2) Create a horizontal climbing zone, from the edge into Loblobliiblop, so a well-equipped group can enter.
3) Move distant shores outside the gate.

Any of these would remove a major headache, trying to get to that particular quest with a group of any size.

If you're running Distant Shore on the regular, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be able to afford entrance to Lobloblollipop.

There is a means to get in that is readily available for anyone. It's not even hidden. You don't need social skills to get in at all.

This quest is not a "run every reset" thing. If you do it, it should be something that is less than a mechanical challenge and more of an IC persual.. Spend the gold, don't ignore social skills, or don't do it.

On the contrary, feel free to run whatever quests you like as often as you like if it is fitting for your character. The above statement is rather silly.

I don't think Arc was talking about running it regularly, just trying it.  I don't think anyone in our group had done it before.

Then pay for the gate? It sounds more abusive to wait at the gate for the timer to go down and re-rolls attempted. Although it might be nice to have at least one place where people that have passed through can reach and barter with those who haven't, simply as a means of paying for another's passage.
