Various meat issues

1. No merchant accepts great lizard meat. This may be by design, I don't know. It was a bit disheartening to lug a 50.5 lb splendid great lizard haunch around only to discover there is nowhere to take it.

2. Using a surgical knife on a deep rothe corpse, I got a message saying something like "You may only harvest meat from animals." I can't remember the exact wording, but the system seemed to think that rothe were not harvestable. I have not tried this with other knives.

I would be happy to test these issues further if it is required.

Pretty sure you can just pick up the meat from rothe with no butchery required.

Great Lizard haunch isn't very tasty, I guess.

With deep rothe you just click on the body, yes. Same as with rats.
