Aggy Browns and Silverfin fish

When talking to Aggy Browns she does not always take the fish. Sometimes she'll take them all but other time she'll only take some fish and not the rest. Talking to her a second time she buys 0 fish. I'll leave the fish in question which she doesn't purchase in my inventory so that it can be peeked at for differences. She bought 11, but didn't buy the other 14.

It's happened a few times before but not usually in this large quantity and I can't really figure out what the difference is in the fish. It seems to be the first 14 which stay and the latter 11 which were sold. These were gained from hunting, not from the fishing system.

I believe this is because we had to script a cap for how much fish you can turn in per reset because certain players *ahem, ahem* were turning in way, way too much fish and accumulating massive amounts of gold.
