Iestryn Delvar

[Rookie]

I really, really had a blast playing Iestryn. To date, he has been my favorite PC.
 
  Iestryn started in Sanctuary as a wide-eyed Uthgardt from the Red Lion tribe. Identified at an early age as being ~different~, he was raised in a Tormite temple until the Darkening. While in Sanctuary, Iestryn had two very simple goals:

• Be good aligned in Upper Sanctuary at a time where everything, everything, everything was evil, and..
• Rise in the Watchers, and try and turn them into a good aligned faction

It was a difficult trek, but incredibly rewarding. Along the way, I had the opportunity to interact with some very cool PCs; too many to name here, though I feel a number of screen shots will highlight why these PCs were so cool.

Its always a joy to see such a consistently and well played character, and just watching where it takes him. Given the seeming rarity of his characterization, in characters being good for the sake of goodliness, it was interesting to see where it took him, particularly as he was promoted to a Sergeant of the Watch! He was definitely one of my favorite characters to regularly interact with to date.

I'll probably get around to dumping a metric ton of screenshots here eventually, but for the moment I'll have to settle for this, as a remarkable number of interactions boiled down to it:

dan. I will miss this character. He was so well rounded, and such an influential man. But, 16 cha? Get out of here you casual.

Iestryn Delvar was a truly excellent character. I loved him from every perspective I saw him.
