Kobold Scythe not usable by Kobolds

Kobold Scythe not usable by kobolds. It's just too large a weapon, despite the "Use only" attributes.

Looks like a joke weapon to me.

The Kobolds that used to stand in the "Ice Cave" actually wielded these Scythes. It might had been forced by Toolset however.

Scythes are large weapons and thus unable to be used by small sized PCs.
