Issue: Spellguard Defender Summons

Occasionally, for reasons yet to be determined, Spellguard Defender NPCs are being summoned randomly by PCs. If this happens to you please report it and the rough general circumstances of its appearance.

Here is the screenshot of the log of it happening to my character, if that helps.

I wondered why we a had a Spellguard Defender following us last night.  I thought a DM was just being nice...

Silly me to think such. :)

This also happened to my character while doing absolutely nothing, waiting to rest in Starag's. I was AFK at the time it summoned, so I don't know exactly what happened on my screen.
