Seamstress Lucy offers to customize her own outfits with a bunch of small bonuses, like bluff or hide, but when you ask for that option, you only get

"The item you want to be engraved needs to be on the before I can enhance it."

Two things-

She doesn't say what placeable it needs to be on

There is no placeable nearby for you to place any items on for her to engrave her things.

It's not a big thing, I know, but I do like having the option there, especially when I play a character that's limited to only robes, like monks and wizards.

I've just given it a try. The Seamstress Work Table can't be opened, so you can't place the tailored suit in there for her to enchant.
