Couple of bugs with the Lower update

There are "Sit Here" placeables that are not tied to any seats, so characters sit in mid-air.

Leech quest giver does not describe the new location.

As well, a certain quest near the far right side of the map, just around the corner as you enter, seems locked with a key required even after you take the quest.
